North Korea still bent on Nuclear power

There is evidnce provide by satilites and South Korean sources that say North Korea is ramping up to a nuclear test. They have pictures of a full mining train exiting a tunnel at the nuclear site. Some say this was unplanned and some say it was just a matter of time.
